Bicycle Karma

I must have been preoccupied when I got to work this morning. I parked my bike in the bike rack at the front of the building and went inside. Wait, what did I forget? TO LOCK IT! Of course I realized this when I went to unlock it after work and was ready to head home. It was one of those moments of confusion - how do I unlock my lock when it's still in the lock harness and not attached to anything - oh my god wait a minute what have I done?! So, thank you bike gods for being aware of the unfortunate bike tipping incident last night/this morning and for going out of your way to protect my bike from thieves while I was busy upstairs doing the things I do all day at work. I think the universe is back in balance.... except I still have a bike that rides like a horse.... oh well, it's better than no bike. :)
