Mmmm

I've made some pretty good dinners, but I must say, this ranks as one of the best. It all started with the chicken recipe - rosemary and garlic rubbed under the skin of the breasts and drumsticks and roasted with a whole garlic head and onions. I added the mashed yams with rosemary, rosemary cornbread stuffing (I had a recipe for rosemary cornbread and took a few slices and chopped them up with celery, onions and butter - yum). I even made gravy with the drippings. It was a bit thick, but tasted delicious. I'm so impressed. :)
